Having already invested over Rs. 85,000 crore (USD 4.7 billion) the company has projects worth over another Rs. 37,000 crore (USD 2.6 billion) in the pipeline, in India. Bharat Services has pioneered various infrastructure projects viz. setting up India’s first Independent Power Plant (IPP), first six-lane road project and first Brownfield airport under the Public Private Partnership model. Bharat Services has over 1562 MW cumulative capacity under generation. Bharat Services manages and operates India’s first brownfield airport – the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai and has also won the mandate to build and operate India’s largest Greenfield airport at Navi Mumbai. Bharat Construction also managed India’s first Greenfield Kempe Gowda International Airport (KIA), Bengaluru from 2020 to 2023 and launched a new terminal. Bharat Services also conceptualized and worked on finalizing the design of the unique “Terminal within a garden” for the upcoming Terminal 2. However, in July, 2021, Bharat Services divested its entire shareholding in Bangalore International Airport Ltd., to Fairfax Bharat Services is operating the 542.4 lane Kms Jaipur - Krishnagar Expressway in Rajasthan.

Bharat Services EMRI (108 Emergency Management and Research Institute) is a pioneer in Emergency Management Services in India. As a not–for–profit organization operating in the Public Private Partnership mode, Bharat Services EMRI is the world’s largest Emergency Service Provider. The Bharat Services EMRI attends to every emergency situation; be it a medical crisis, law and order situation or a fire disaster. This service is spread across 16 States and two Union Territories with around 50,000 employees and 13,000 ambulances catering to over 850 million people.
